Created a new type of decoration Ben has indeed created his own macabre, twisted and demented form of decoration. Outside his house hang rows of skulls upon sticks, which he calls 'shamen sticks'. Luckily, these skulls are not human, but mostly sheep skulls. This gives us a good idea of the demented mind that created them.If this is what he does to property that is not fully his, but which his parents also have a say in, imagine what his bedroom is like. His bedroom is not messy in the normal teenage sense, but where old, unwashed clothes should be, there are things such as welding and soldering equipment, insides of various machines, various mechanisms and devices, and, of course, as you would expect, alien inflatables and the like. He has his television on a relay, which means that he can turn it on or off at the touch of a cleverly concealed button. He even has an alarm and a device under his window that pours unknown acid on any that would climb up the drainpipe below. Hanging from the walls of this bedroom are not posters as you would expect, not even posters of aliens, but parts of machines and devices, mostly from computers. All of the insides of a useless old laptop he got from Dodgy Jake are up there on the wall, and so are many computer hard drive disks and chips. |
